A senior Palestinian militant has died in a shootout with Israeli troops, Palestinian and Israeli sources said. The man, identified by Palestinian medical sources as Khamis Ahmed Ali Abdullah, was said to be a senior member of the Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades -- the military wing of Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat's Fatah movement.
