For more than four hours, the members of the ruling Simeon II National Movement (SIINM) discussed how to improve their work on January 15. The MPs from the movement insisted for more frequent meetings with the ministers. Many of the MPs said that there are problems in the communication with the leadership of the movement. The Simeon II National Movement rating has fallen dramatically, in case that the elections were to take place in January, half of the SIINM MPs would not have been elected, according to Emil Koshlukov, MP from the movement. The MPs also discussed the future registration of the movement as a party. Demands were made that extraordinary meeting takes place, during which the draft documents of the new party to be discussed. According to deputy floor leader Vesselin Bliznakov that is very unlikely to happen. The Constituent Assembly of the Simeon II National Movement will take place on January 26 in the National Palace of Culture. The meeting will be closed for journalists and guests. Also, MPs from the Simeon II National Movement who did not wish to become constitutors of the new party will not be allowed to attend.
