Young Bulgarian artist Nikoleta Stamatova opened her first exhibition in Sofia - "Painted Silk."

The exhibition includes 20 silk paintings created through a rarely used technique - painted batik. The artist has used mainly dark pastel nuances, creating a feeling for softness and intimacy, due to the character of the silk, which is both fastidious and inspired.

"We can live in that world, even, if we love a little" is the motto of the exhibition.

This slogan shows the emotion of the exhibition. Even if you do not have anything else, a little love could fill your life, Nikoleta explained.

The opening of the exhibition was accompanied by the performances of young musicians Stanislava Petkova and Atanas Georgiev - N.A.S.O.

The young artists could be contacted at nstamatova@gmail.com or at +359885904040.
