Four companies have submitted offers for sell out of self-contained parts of TPP Vidachim (North East Bulgaria), which is currently undergoing a liquidation procedure. The companies Energy 94 AD, Chimimport AD – Sofia, Fix + OOD and Finmetals Holding AD are interested in the sale of the TPP. The offers are to be opened on June 8 at the Privatization Agency (PA) and then the negotiations with potential buyers will be launched. Latest up-dated valuation of the assets of Vidachim is BGN 52.861 M. The company has not been operational for three years and unsuccessful attempts have been made to find a candidate-buyer. No interest was shown in the privatization of the plant as a whole so it is offered in self-contained parts.
