Thousands of teenage girls have braved frosty weather coveting to secure a role in the next Harry Potter movie.
The teenagers waited patiently for auditions to open for the part of trainee wizard Luna Lovegood in Harry Potter And The Order Of The Phoenix, the fifth book in the massively popular series by author J.K Rowling.
An open casting call has been announced for girls that live in the UK aged 13-16 for the much awaited next Harry Potter blockbuster.
In the book, Luna Lovegood is described as being a rather unusual character who is considered a bit of an outsider by her classmates.
With her wand tucked behind her ear and a necklace of butterbeer corks, the 14-year-old wizard often appears to be detached from what is going on around her.
The successful girl will join cast members Daniel Radcliffe, who plays Harry; Emma Watson, who plays Hermione Granger; and Rupert Grint, who plays Ron Weasley.
Bulgaria has already contributed a star to the world-famous sequel, as Stanislav Ianevski played the role of Victor Krum in the latest filmed part - Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
Warner Brothers plan to start filming Harry Potter And The Order Of The Phoenix next month. The next Harry Potter film is due to be released in the summer of 2007.
