U.S. investigators said Tuesday a captured al Qaeda leader who helped run Osama bin Laden's training camps in Afghanistan has been "most cooperative. Al-Libi, a Libyan, was listed among the 12 most wanted al Qaeda leaders. The al Qaeda leader was held separately from other detainees at the airport near the southern Afghan city of Kandahar in hopes he would talk to investigators.
