The first center for professional orientation was inaugurated Monday at the Sofia University "Saint Kliment Ohridski". The new center is part of the campaign for professional orientation for the university students, which is actively supported by Intracom Bulgaria.

The motto of this year's informative campaign is "Start your career with Intracom Bulgaria." The campaign is aimed at the big technical universities in the country that are preparing specialists for the IT sector. The targeted universities are Varna's Economy University, Varna's technical University, Russe's University and the students at the Sofia University "Saint Kliment Ohridski".

Intracom Bulgaria has allotted funds for the production of 50,500 informational leaflets for the work of the career centers. These leaflets will provide all the necessary information for the service and help offered at the specialized career centers.

Education support is among Intracom's top priorities, Stefano Bodrato, CEO of Intracom Bulgaria, said. We believe that education provides unlimited opportunities for each young person, so each step in support of the education is an important investment, Mr Bodrato underlined.

The university career centers in Bulgaria are established under the initiative "Project Labour Market" of the US Agency for International Development (USAID) and Job Tiger and are being supported by the Foundation of business and education.
