Former national football coach Dimitur Penev may be appointed coach of the Macedonian national football team, newspapers in Macedonia wrote. "I had talks with Macedonian Football Union and its President Vancho Takovski two months ago. Among other things, we talked about heading their national team", Penev commented. "If we reach an agreement I am ready to start immediately but I want the contract to be not less than two years", Penev added.
