N-POWER WASTE COMPLEX PERMITTED TO START OPERATIONS

Nuclear Power Plant Kozloduy has received an official permission for starting operations in the complex for recycling and storing of radioactive waste. The move comes in accordance with Sample Protocol N 16, which confirmed the already built complex is fit for operating. The complex consists of a workshop for recycling radioactive waste, storehouse and an office all located on the territory of the Nuclear Power plant. Meanwhile the program for licensing the operation of the whole company is being phased in under the Nuclear Energy use for peaceful purposes Act.
