The vocals of legendary Marillion - Fish - has filled in hearts and mind of Bulgarian fans with the best of the progressive band's hits.

This is the second visit of Fish to Bulgaria, after his maiden voyage here in 2003, organised by Sofia Music Enterprises.

At a packed hall in Sofia's National Palace of Culture, Fish performed together with his Scottish band as part of the decade anniversary of MusicJam. The concert was included in the Return of the Childhood tour of the musicians.

Marillion first appeared in a recognizable form in early 1982, when the line-up of Fish (vocals), Steve Rothery (guitar), Mark Kelly (keyboards), Pete Trewavas (bass) and Mick Pointer (drummer) began exhaustively touring around the Aylesbury and London area.

The combination of imaginative, enthralling music and image filled lyrics soon found favour amongst their expanding fan base and journalists who had tired of some of the more formulaic music that dogged the live scene of the time.

Several sold out nights at the legendary Marquee club forced the record labels to recognise the impact of their music and a deal with EMI was quickly signed.

The global tour Return of the Childhood tour is dedicated to the mostly successful album of Marillion - Misplaced Childhood.
