Hilton Sofia's Seasons Restaurant will offer its visitors a Turkish feast for the senses, prepared by guest chefs from Ankara.
The Turkish Food Festival at Seasons Restaurant will take place from 29 September until 9 October.
The guest chefs from Ankara Hilton, Irfan and Huseyin, promise to create a fabulous buffet of mezzes, vegetables in olive oil, seafood and meat dishes as well as enchanting Turkish pastries.
Other hidden delights of the Turkish culinary traditions on the menu will include Shish Kebap, Döner Kebap, Pilav, Dolma and Turkish Coffee.
