Seven children were crushed to death by the mob at a tragic incident on December 21 at a Sofia disco and the condition of thirteen more was critical. Initially the death toll was set at eight children. Doctors announced that all of the thirteen children are no longer in coma and are willing to communicate. None of them however remembers what happened last night. A special mass was said at Alexander Nevsky cathedral on December 22 in memory of the children killed in the inicident. MPs attended the mass. The manager of the disco club Indigo was arrested for seventy four hours, and might be held responsible for the tragedy. An investigation was initiated. The results of the inspection of the night club showed that it has been operating without a construction and usage permits.
