Bulgaria need not hurry into signing an agreement with the International Monetary Fund, Dimitur Dimanov, chairman of Union “Promyana”, said on December 10. The agreement would prevent Bulgaria from keeping its policy flexible. According to Union “Promyana” Bulgaria is the poorest among EU applicant states. They point out that Romania managed to get ahead of Bulgaria because of its free fiscal policy.
