ARTISTS’ WORKS TO BE DISPLAYED IN PRISONS, CHARITY CAMPAIGN LAUNCHED

Thirty Bulgarian artists take part in a charity campaign of the Society for Religious and Social Support to Prisoners. The collected funds will be provided to approximately 400 children of prisoners and their families at a party, planned for December 23 in the Sofia Seminary. Pictures by Stephan Bozhkov, Vassil Velev, Elena Panayotova, Maria Duhcheva, Emil Mirazchiev, Vassil Stoev, Dimo Kolibarov will be displayed at the prisons in Sofia and Sliven on December 10 and december 21, as well as on December 17 in the penitentiary home in Boychinovtzy. The works have been chosen among 150 pictures. 40 of the pictures will be sold at a charity auction on December 19 in Hall 5 of the National Palace of Culture. BGN 100 is the initial price of all the pictures.
