Bulgarian SS-23 missiles to be destroyed was decided at a secret meeting of the Cabinet last week, Defense Minister Svinarov told journalists. The Defense Ministry and the US State Department will fund the enterprise. Svinarov underscored that the purpose is the missiles to be be destroyed simultaneously with changing the missiles with better modern ones, provided by the United States.
