US PRESIDENT ADVISER: BULGARIA HELPED A LOT FOR THE BALKANS STABILITY

“Bulgaria helped a lot for the stability on the Balkans and had an exceptional role for the holding back of the negative processes in Macedonia, US President's National Security Adviser Condolesa Rice said after a meeting with Bulgarian Foreign Minister Passy in Washington. Both officials discussed the long-term nature of the anti-terrorist campaign of the international community. Rice expressed gratitude for Bulgaria’s assistance and support in the combat against terrorism. The relations between Bulgaria and the United States are excellent and the military and political cooperation of the two countries has very good future, Foreign Minister Passy commented after the meeting.
