PriceWaterhouseCoopers to audit the Varna shipyard was decided at the General Creditors Assembly of the company. “We’ll find a strategic investor for the shipyard,” Deputy Prime Minister and Economy Minister Nikolay Vassilev said after the meeting of the General Creditors Assembly of the Varna shipyard. Vassilev participated in the meeting as representative of the Bulgarian Consolidation Company. The Varna shipyard to be prepared for tender by the end of January, Vassilev demanded. The deadline set for submitting the audit of the company is January 10th. Deloitte & Touche and Ernst & Young also applied for audit of the Varna shipyard. PriceWaterhouseCoopers was elected for the lower price that it offered. USD 42,000 and a sum for expenditures will be paid to the company for the audit.
