BGN 559 M budget deficit is the inheritance of the incumbent Government. Slow processes and corruption mark the process of privatization. BGN 36 M were drained from fund ?Agriculture,? reads the declaration accompanying the publication of the ? White Book,? compiled by the incumbent Government on the violations made by the Cabinet of Prime Minister Ivan Kostov. Prime Minister Simeon Saxe-Coburg has ordered that a committee is formed headed by Justice Minister Anton Stankov. The committee will collect further information about the malpractices of the previous administration.
