The leader of coalition partner New Time, Emil Koshlukov declared from the parliamentary rostrum on Thursday that his party's stance of support to the government had apparently made a mess in the accounts of many people.

MPs from the opposition factions left the hall when Koshlukov stepped on to address the parliament during the eight-hour discussions on the non-confidence motion due to be put to the vote at 7 pm on Friday.

After actually triggering off the parliamentary and cabinet crisis last week signing up the opposition's claims for resignation of parliamentary speaker and the whole cabinet, the 13-member defector group of New Timers deserted from the opposition signing Monday a coalition agreement with ruling Simeon II National Movement and Movement for Rights and Freedoms.

Emil Koshlukov defended New Time's position as a modern political behaviour entirely different from the old-fashioned bipolar model.
