PM: BULGARIA IS A POTENTIAL TECHNOLOGICAL LEADER

?Bulgaria is a potential technological leader considering the exceptional specialists in the IT sector. These experts are Bulgaria?s biggest richness. The Bulgarian Government?s task is to work for the development of the companies in the IT sector,? Prime Minister Saxe-Coburg said in his address to the representatives of the United Nations Development Program, international donor organizations and big IT companies who participated in the Bulgarian Government Retreat on Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) for Development. ?We are convinced that the development of the information and communications technologies is a way to accelerate the entire progress in the country,? Saxe-Coburg added. Six high-tech incubators will open in the large Bulgarian universities next year, Prime Minister Simeon Saxe-Coburg said. "We are planning to revive this industry, to make it competitive and export-oriented, and to create a hospitable investment climate in this sector," the Prime Minister reiterated.
