A Bulgarian model who had just turned 18 opened the first show of Milan men's fashion week a few days ago, it emerged on Thursday.

Teenager Martin Martinov was the first to step on the catwalk in a Yoshi Yamamoto show. Then the young handsome from Bulgaria's northern city of Pleven also worked for Ferre, and is now about to show the latest Prada collection.

Martinov was hired for the fashion week just three days after arriving in Italy, his Bulgarian agency Visages Model Group disclosed.

According to Visages, this is the fastest international breakthrough ever made by a Bulgarian fashion model.
