Warm messages from Sofia -- Bulgarian Prime Minister Simeon Sakskoburggotski, once the king of Bulgaria, met in Sofia with Aydin Dogan, chairman of Dogan Holding. During the meeting, which took place in a warm atmosphere, he said, 'We are travelling companions with Turkey on the road leading to the European Union.' Inviting Turkish businessmen to make investments in Turkey, he said, 'We are making the legal arrangements needed to provide foreign investors with all kinds of facilities and to give them tax breaks.' Dogan said, “We are prepared to cooperate in order to enhance the trade relations between the two countries. We have come to your country to make investments.' The PM said that during the time he spent in exile he used to visit Turkey so that he could watch the Bulgarian soil from there. Dogan said that poet Nazim Hikmet used to visit Bulgaria so that he could see Turkey once again, albeit from a distance.
