Amos Sivan is Executive Director of Formula Telecom Solutions, a global provider of Call Center and other convergent Telecom Management Solutions for telecom Operators.

Mr Sivan answered questions of Novinite.com Editor Petya Bondokova.

Q. Could you tell us more about the FTS and its Integrated Call Center business?

A: Formula Telecom Solutions (FTS) is a global provider of convergent Telecom Management Solutions for telecom Operators. We offer a range of versatile systems to the market, under the LEAP brand name. These include convergent Real-time Prepaid and Postpaid Billing & CRM, Order Management, Infrastructure Management. FTS is a subsidiary of Formula Vision (Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange: FVT) and a member of the Formula Group (NASDAQ: FORTY).

FTS' Integrated Call Center Solutions is a state-of-the-art Call Center business solution for the financial, banking and insurance industries as well as others (like telecom). ICCS covers all facets of Call Center planning, design, implementation, integration and training. We work with the client to define strategy, technology, business processes and human resources to integrate the project's proper components. FTS has vast experience and know-how as well as the full support of the 4,000 person Formula Group, to meet the needs of each client with comprehensive solutions that answer these needs. One of FTS' projects is in Bulgaria at Mtel, the country's No 1 GSM mobile operator.

Q. When did your Bulgarian operations start working?

A: FTS began working in Bulgaria in 2000. Since then FTS has opened an office that employs close to 40 people. We are very happy with operations in Bulgaria after the first 3 years and look forward to many more.

Q. Why did you choose to step on the Bulgarian market?

A: The Bulgarian market offers great opportunities for FTS - it is an emerging market with great links to the heart of Europe. With the new European Union objectives, the Bulgarian market offers us a great business opportunity to assist in bringing Bulgarian businesses to EU standards.

Q. Is the financial sector your main target?

A: Financial services are the main sector, which includes banking, investment houses, insurance Industry, and financial service groups.

Q. What experience do you have in that field?

A: The Formula Group has a great deal of experience in the banking sector. From A to Z, Formula has the solution. FTS ICCS creates results for our clients in the banking industry that need to exceed their business plans. We work with a number of the leading banking groups in Israel such as Israel Discount Bank and Direct Banking Israel. FTS ICCS has a full solution for the banking sector for retaining customers, obtaining new ones, maximizing profitability and keeping ahead of the competition.

Q. Do you plan an expansion for your Bulgarian operators soon?

A: FTS ICCS very much plans expansion in Bulgaria. We are approaching and have already been approached by a number of Bulgaria's leading financial institutions. Bulgaria is an exciting market with many positive changes and a fast moving business sector.

Q. What is the most important element for FTS in working with Bulgarian clients?

A: The most important element for FTS in Bulgaria is our ability to translate their needs into business opportunities that work. ICCS has great experience with this not only in Bulgaria but also throughout the world. ICCS understands Bulgaria with over three years of success as well as many years of success through FTS and the Formula Group.

Q. What are your ambitions for the future of FTS in Bulgaria?

A: We believe that FTS will become the largest provider of ICCS solutions in Bulgaria. Bulgaria and FTS' ICCS business have excellent synergy. We will be hiring more local Bulgarian employees as we grow our business.
