The Bulgarian Foreign Minister Passy will make an official visit to Belgrade on November 26. His Yugoslav counterpart Goran Svilanovic invited him. Important infrastructure projects for both countries and cooperation within the framework of international organizations are to be discussed during the visit. The two foreign ministers are expected to sign a program on cooperation in education, science and culture in 2003, intergovernmental accords on international multi-modal transportation of goods and on cooperation in postal and telecommunications services. Passy will also meet President Vojislav Kostunica, the President of the Yugoslav Parliament Chamber of Citizens, Dragoljub Micunovic, Serb Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic and his deputy Nebojsa Covic. Passy is expected to deliver a speech at the Yugoslav Atlantic Club.
