The former Yugoslav President Slobodan Miloshevic sent his congratulations to the leader of the Bulgarian socialists on the occasion of his election for Bulgarian President. “ I deeply believe that your victory at the presidential elections in Bulgaria will make the Bulgarian –Yugoslav relations a key factor for the stability in South Eastern Europe. I wish you successful work in the name of the Bulgarian people's prosperity,” the telegram from Miloshevic reads.
