SOCIALIST PARTY: PARVANOV LEADS WITH 8,29%

President-elect Georgi Parvanov leads with 8,29% or 312,357 votes according to the full parallel counting of the votes from the second round of the presidential elections, conducted by the Bulgarian Socialist Party. According to the results, Parvanov garnered 54,15% (2,039,311 votes) while Stoyanov garnered 45,85% (1,726,954 votes).3,103,297 people voted, the results of the Bulgarian Socialist Party show. Preliminary results of the Central Electoral Commission show that Parvanov leads with 5,31%.
