ELECTORAL ACTIVITY 50 % AT LEAST PREDICTED

All opinion poll agencies predict today’s electoral activity in the Bulgarian presidential elections run off to be at least 50 per cent. TV channels – private owned and governmental controlled - appeal to Bulgarian to go to the polls as previous Sunday the lowest activity ever in the history here was shown, something about 41 per cent. Current president Petur Stoyanov and socialist party leader Georgi Parvanov are running for the 5-years presidential term having almost equal chances. 7 pm local time the first prognostic results will be announced.
