The Bulgarian Ministry of Transport and Communications and the Privatization Agency (PA) are willing to negotiate with Gad Zeevi, owner of a 75% stake in Balkan Airlines, under certain conditions. This was announced by Plamen Petrov, Minister of Transport and Communications, after Apostol Apostolov, Director of PA, said that the two sides could reach a settlement out of court. According to Minister Petrov an out-of-court settlement is possible only if Zeevi returns Balkan Airlines shares and assets.
