Six funeral complexes dating back to 5-3 century BC have been unearthed at Bulgaria's coastline, media said Saturday.

The team of archaeologists that discovered the mortuaries included Bulgarian and French experts. They found ceramics, embalming vessels and wine jugs at the site, and even managed to puzzle out an inscription.

The discovery was made as the experts were exploring Bulgaria's largest necropolis, Pontika.
