The documentary "The Way of the Harmony," directed by Stephan Komadarev, won Silver Prize on the 45th Competition for Films and Videos on Japan – Tokyo 2001. Silver Prize was given to the film for special recognition. The 45th Competition for Films and Videos on Japan 2001 was held under the auspices of the Association for the Diffusion of Japanese Films Abroad, Inc. and the Japan Association of Cultural Film Producers, Inc. with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Asahi Shimbun. The objectives of the Competition are to stimulate the production of cultural, scientific, industrial and documentary films and videos on Japan, as well as to award prizes to those which best introduce Japan abroad.
