Summer may be all fun to you, but for your feet the sweating temperatures are hardship for the most part. That is mainly because of slower blood circulation, which causes your feet to puff up, and feel heavy and tired.
Here are some tips for keeping them fit:
1. Wear shoes that are comfortable, and avoid super-high heels.
2. Whenever it's possible, rest your feet on a chair, couch, etc. for a few minutes, to stimulate blood circulation.
3. While on the beach, try to give your feet a refreshing dip in the water every hour or so.
4. Try special moisturizing and cooling products for feet. Mint gives extra freshness, while special deodorizing products and talc powders are a must if you wear leather shoes on your bare feet.
