Upon his return from Budapest, where he attended the 25th European Meeting of the Trilateral Committee, the Bulgarian Prime Minister Simeon Saxe-Coburg was asked to comment on the presidential elections. “ My work in Budapest was much more interesting for Bulgaria than these games,” the Prime Minister commented. “ Democracy is being built with participation in the elections,” he commented on the low electoral turnout. ”Probably, the parliamentary elections are one thing, the presidential elections – something else?” he added. Asked where he will watch the developments in the elections, he said that he has much more other work to do.
