A package with white powder was found in the voting booth in the village Preselka section. Interior Ministry and Civil Protection experts were summoned. Soon afterwards, the voting resumed.

The Central Electoral Commission issued a punitive act against the General Director of the Bulgarian National Television Lili Popova for having violated the presidential elections law. BNT showed videos of only three of the presidential couples on November 9. Mediapool news agency will also be imposed punishment since it published results on its web site.

7th electoral section in Kostinbrod was temporarily closed. The reason for that is that the electoral officials found a package with white powder in the voting booth. The room of the section was closed. The 7th electoral section was moved to another room and soon after the incident, the voting in the section resumed.

305 Bulgarians turn 18 on November 11, and are thus be able to vote, while two people turned 100. 16,607 voters have a birthday on November 11.
