LYBIA CLOSED TWO SECTIONS WITHOUT EXPLANATION

Lybia has closed two electoral sections on the presidential elections day. The spokesman of the Central Electoral Commission announced that the Lybian officials did not explain their move. The spokeswoman of the Foreign Ministry clarified that there is no closing of sections in Lybia. The Lybian authorities did not allow the opening of two more sections apart from those in Tripoli and Bengazi before the elections day. The presidential elections day finished in Japan, Australia and South Korea. 35 Bulgarians voted there. 205 Bulgarians have voted in Australia. 34 Bulgarians have voted in South Korea.
