Retired people from Yambol sent a letter to President Stoyanov, in which they stated that they do not want the too small 6% increase of the pensions. They deman free medical treatment and funeral services. 1 500 have so far supported the protestors. "It is humiliating that former intellectuals are forced to look for food in the trash bins," the letter reads.
