President Aleksander Kwasniewski and Foreign Minister Wlodzimierz Cimoszewicz welcomed sixteen representatives of Baltic states, Visegrad group, Balkan states, Ukraine and Moldova who arrived to attend a Warsaw Conference on terrorism fighting. The Bulgarian Vice President Todor Kavaldjiev attends the conference of the Presidents from Central and East Europe. “The global war on terror can and should be enhanced by cooperation on regional level which,
