All gas stations in big towns will be closed for at least 24 hours,starting November 7, the Chairman of the Association of gas and petrol ventures, Dimitur Stanchev said. At 8.00 a.m. on November 7, the dealers will close down the gas stations in a protest against levying excise duty on propane-butane for motor vehicles. According to the association, the excise duty will make one liter more expensive by 0.10 BGL. The decision for the protest was taken yesterday after the negotiations with the finance ministry proved unsucsessful.
