VICE PRESIDENT TO SUPPORT ANTI TERRORISM COALITION

The Bulgarian Vice President Todor Kavaldjiev will attend a conference of the Presidents from Central and East Europe on November 6 in Warsaw, Poland. The conference is dedicated to the fight against international terrorism.. The Polish President Aleksander Kwasniewski organizes the conference. Presidents of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Macedonia, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Yugoslavia, as well as special representatives of Ukraine and Russia have also been invited to attend. The participants in the forum will discuss proposals for specific initiatives for reogional cooperation in the fight against international terrorism. The participants will voice their support for the attempts of the international community to build a wide coalition against terrorism and will discuss cooperation in investigation, police operations and intercepting the channels through which terrorist groups are funded.
