Music virtuoso Vasko Vassilev has come up with a project for complete renewal of the Sofia Opera.

The violin player has taken to heart the idea of creating a fresh and glamorous image of the Opera. It has to become the most respected cultural institution in the country, Vassilev believes.

He has already met with the President and received his full support. On Thursday, the two had a meeting to discuss the project, and Vassilev was accompanied by his girlfriend Pamela Nicholson.
