A memorandum was signed for an assistance program to the Bulgarian Parliament. The memo was signed by the Bulgarian Parliament and the administration of the United Nations Development Programme, the Embassies of Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the United States. "The objective is to support the legislative process and improve the communication between the legislative and executive branches of government," Ognyan Gerdzhikov, Parliament Speaker said.
