The Bulgarian First Investment Bank (FIB) applied for a permission to dematerialise its shares at the Central Depository, informed sources said, quoted by Dnevnik Daily. After the shares are transformed into electronic ones will, it will become easier to change their ownership and will ease their eventual trade at the stock exchange.
