Hilton Sofia Seasons Restaurant will offer St. Patrick's culinary temptations as part of the hotel's St. Patrick's celebrations. The Po-o-gold menu features Dublin Coddle with potatoes sausages, onion and bacon, Dublin Lawyer (half lobster with whiskey sauce garnished with green beans), Irish stew, Irish chocolate cake.

Irish beer will help to cheer up the hotel guests, while Irish songs will be performed live by the Leprechauns band.

St Patrick's Day is celebrated in Ireland with grand parades, community feasts and charity show. The parades, shamrocks, and green beer are provided primarily for tourists. In fact, it has turned out to be one of the most celebrated events in Ireland and a major tourist attraction.

One traditional icon of St. Patrick's Day is the shamrock. This stems from the Irish tale that tells how Patrick used the three-leafed shamrock to explain the Trinity. Shamrocks have been considered by the Irish as good-luck symbols since earliest times.

A leprechaun looks like a small, (ugly) old man, usually dressed like a shoemaker. According to legend, leprechauns are aloof and unfriendly, live alone and possess a hidden pot of gold.
