Bulgaria's Foreign Minister Solomon Passy opened a party We Love Techno on Sunday night and spent two hours with the visitors at a Sofia dance club.

The party, which was organized by Metropolis on the occasion of the students' holiday, was planed for Saturday night, but then postponed because of a false bomb alarm.

A total of 3000 techno-lovers gathered to listen to the performance of the Belgian DJ Marco Baily.

Passy walked through the hall, talked with the guests and posed for photos with many of them.
