The privatization bill, approved by the Government, foresees the split of the newly created Agency for Post-privatization Control from the Privatization Agency (PA). `This is a politically based decision,` Deputy Prime Minister Nikolay Vassilev said.`In this way the two institutions will not influence each other, ` he added. The new agency will have an Executive Council consisting of three people who will be appointed by the Government. The current PA Supervisory Board will preserve its structure of seven members, who are appointed by the Parliament.` The new agency is a small body and does not need a Supervisory Board,` Vassilev said.
