BULGARIAN~RUSSIAN PROGRAM ON COOPERATION SIGNED

Bulgarian Foreign Minister Solomon Passy and Russian Ambassador to Bulgaria Vladimir Titov signed an intergovernmental program for cooperation in culture, education and science on October 17. The program covers a period of two years. It envisages exchange of students and graduates, as well as cooperation against illegal traffic of works of art. `An agreement on easing the visa requirements from the Russian side is already at an advanced stage,` Vladimir Titov said. He expressed his hope that this agreement will be signed next year.
