BOMB EXPLOSION KILLED ONE MAN

A bomb exploded near a kindergarten and a secondary school in Pleven, Northern Bulgaria, around lunch time on October 11. It killed one man, according to the police. The victim was a 50-year-old man. No one immediately claimed responsibility for the explosion in the city of Pleven, and police said they could not exclude the possibility that it was a suicide bombing. There were many children on nearby streets at the time of the blast.
