Ingredients: 2 eggplant vegetables, 0.5 l oil, garlic, 1 bunch of parsley, 2 tablespoons of vinegar

Preparation: Cut the eggplants into circles and fry in the oil on both sides. Do not wonder why the oil in the frying pan just disappears! The eggplant simply soaks it in. Arrange the eggplant circles on a plate. Аdd salt by taste, and then add the finely cut parsley and the garlic and sprinkle with vinegar. Serve cooled.
