President Bush and Russian President Vladimir Putin urged Iran and North Korea on Saturday to stop their suspected nuclear weapons programs. Iraqi reconstruction, Iran's nuclear program and oil were on the agenda of Russian President Vladimir Putin who came to the US presidential retreat near Washington for a weekend summit with George W. The two leaders began their summit still far apart over Russian nuclear ties with Iran, even if Putin's speech to the United Nations General Assembly on Thursday appeared to soften their differences over Iraq.
