Swedish police denied reports that a man had already been arrested in connection to the killing of the Foreign Minister Anna Lindh. However, it was said that most probably the killer was hiding in Stockholm. Daily Expressen reported in its online edition that police had arrested a man in connection with the murder during a lunchtime raid Tuesday in Stockholm. Swedish news agency TT reported, that police had dispatched a patrol in Stockholm to bring in the man's girlfriend for questioning, indicating that police had identified the man. Police refused to comment on that development.
