Bulgarian PM Appointed New Education Deputy

Bulgaria's Prime Minister Simeon Saxe-Coburg appointed Prof. Kamen Vesselinov Deputy Education Minister on Wednesday, officials said. The newly appointed deputy graduated at the German city of Dresden's Tecnical University and then became a lecturer in Sofia and a number of German cities. Vesselinov has more than 50 of his articles on different science matters published and also speaks German, English and Russian.
